Welcome

Hello! Welcome to my new website. I’m a nature-focused shamanic Reiki Drum practitioner, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, and Indian Head Massage therapist based in Worcester, UK.

Nature-focussed means that during my treatments and teaching sessions, I reconnect my clients to nature and the elements using guided meditations, which is not only deeply relaxing but helps to restores our sense of connection and ‘wholeness’.

This wholeness and connection is an essential element of any healing journey, and is really what ‘healing’ is – coming back to a sense of wholeness within.

In my sessions I like to use locally found stones and homegrown, fresh or dried herbs (as incense too) in the same way that crystals are usually used. Using herbs/plants and stones creates a connection to the land around us.

Remembering our connection to the land around us, to nature, is ultimately remembering our connection to ourselves as nature, and is such an important self-healing practice.

Our disconnection from nature is the source of our problems as human beings. This disconnection has affected our relationship with the Earth, each other, ourselves – our health and well-being.
