Element Gratitude Practice


This is a short, healing, gratitude practice using the four elements of Air 🜁 Fire 🜂 Water 🜄 and Earth 🜃

Take a few relaxing breaths and recite each line, pausing to sense your connection to each element, feel into the qualities of the elements present inside you and cultivate gratitude for them and the infinite interconnections to the elements within us and surrounding us, making up every manifested form on the planet:

🜁 I am grateful for the air that is my breath & the sacred shared breath of all life.

🜂 I am grateful for the fire that is the warmth of my heart and the flame of self-love that I’m tending within me.

🜄 I am grateful for the water that is flowing within me as my blood, sweat and tears, and guides my way through my intuition.

🜃 I am grateful for the earth that is my form. My body is also the sacred Earth that holds me with patience, acceptance and without judgement. I belong here and in this moment, all is well.
