Cancellation Policy

As a small business hiring a space I need a as much time as possible to be able to rebook cancellations. Please allow a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Pre-paid no-shows cannot be refunded.

I appreciate that emergencies can happen but on the day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of £20.

More than 2 appointment cancellations in a row at less than 48 hour notice, will mean that appointments will no longer be available.
