I have recently completed my practitioner training in Forest Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing, Sylvotherapy, or by its original Japanese name Shinrin Yoku.
Forest Therapy combines perfectly with the Japanese art of Reiki and with the Shamanic practice of Reiki Drum, and I will soon be offering combined outdoor Reiki and Reiki Drum sessions, where the deeply relaxing and restoriative elements of Reiki will be fused with the multi-sensory and nature re-connection experiences of Forest Bathing.
