Saturday 25th January – 2.15pm to 4.45pm
This will be a relaxing afternoon offered to a small group, for those interested in learning more about techniques and benefits of Reiki Drum, giving and receiving Reiki Drum, and for tuning into the energy of Imbolc and renewal. It’s also for those interested in my forthcoming Reiki Drum Practitioner training, which I’ll be offering in Worcester soon.
Participants must have completed Usui Reiki Level 2 and be familiar with the level 2 symbols.
Please bring a frame drum. There are a few synthetic drums available to borrow, offered on a first come, first served basis. If you are looking to buy or make your own special handmade hide drum, I highly recommend local drummaker and circle holder Sally Smiles.
Chairs are provided but if you would prefer to sit on the floor please bring a floor cushion/blanket.
The exchange is £15, payable via paypal (other options such as bank transfers available) on booking to confirm your place. Please note, as this is a very small group with limited places, I need to ensure the room hire is covered, therefore I can only offer refunds for cancellations if I can fill the space. There are a couple of spaces available at a reduced rate if needed, contact me for more information.
The venue is a private therapy space in WR4. Parking is in nearby side roads. Please note that there are steps into and up to the venue, so it isn’t accessible for wheelchairs etc. Refreshments of tea and biscuits will be provided.
This session is not suitable if you have a pacemaker or arrhythmia, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have any recent history of, or treatment for psychosis or other serious mental illness. If you suffer from severe migraines or tinnitus it is possible the drumming may aggravate these conditions.
