- I’m not offering any social media or website management. This is for people looking for clarity on how to engage personally and intuitively with their business and online presence – your personal touch creates authenticity (hint – don’t use ChatGPT to write your blurb and posts, people can tell and it blocks genuine connection!)

Shamanic Drum Journey
We can journey to meet the ‘spirit of your business’, connecting with its form, symbolism, energy, personality and purpose for a deeper message and guidance. We can then look at the qualities present in the spirit of your business and how to honour that and how to continue to connect with the spirit and energy of your business going forward.
Online Presence ‘Energetic Audit’
(This can be done remotely before or after our first session,) I can gently review your website or social media presence and reflect back what’s resonating and what could be refined or re-aligned with the spirit/energy of your business and the energy you wish to radiate. I can also suggest untapped niches and target audiences to explore. This can be helpful for whether you do your own social media or if you ultimately intend to work with a social media manager.
It’s essentially both practical and an ‘Energetic Reading’ of your business where I will feel into the energy of your offering as it is and look at your online presence, and reflect back where I feel the energy might be misaligned, where things are underutilised or creating mixed messages.
Each session is part intuitive/energetic and part practical support and will always be tailored to your requirements.
Crafting ‘Energetically Aligned’ Messaging
I can suggest changes that are more aligned with the spirit of your business and the energy and qualities you wish to radiate into the world. I can help you streamline your offerings, create clear ‘calls to action’ and can even show you how to create press releases and social media post templates.
Social Media Proficiency Training
Are you unsure about social media best practice? I can take you through the basics, making sure have all your ducks in a row, such as synched accounts, links in place, best hashtags and post suggestions for Facebook and Instagram, plus a check list for each time you post.
While there is a baseline best practise social media, your online presence doesn’t have to be performative and you don’t have to post everyday. Engagement is down across the board, there’s no point chasing or doing something you’re not comfortable with. It’s all about quality over quantity, small engaged, genuinely interested audience of 50 people is better than a large amount of random followers who aren’t likely to work with you. I can also suggest ideas for how to create posts that align with the energy of your business/offering, attracting the right people to you.
Optional Shamanic Reiki Drum Affirmations for Change
Using intentions and affirmations, we can work with the benefits of shamanic Reiki drum to transform energetic blocks around things like confidence, visibility, self-worth, and practice embodying the spirit of your business, calling in that energy and allowing that energy to flow through you.
Optional Shamanic Reiki Drum Healing Session
Session for cleansing, pausing, resting, re-setting, restoring and burnout recovery. Often when we’re so busy building, offering and hustling to be seen, we forget to pause and nurture ourselves so that we can sustain the work we’re doing. If we work in the healing and well-being sector, often the work we offer is the very work we need to receive ourselves. So this is about making time to pause, receive and integrate, so you can continue to offer from a place of feeling resourced.
The Format of the Sessions
- In person 1:1 sessions in the heart of Worcester city centre. Online/Zoom options are also available.
- A sacred space in person or virtually to meet the spirit of your business and to work with the energy of your business.
- You’ll also receive: Practical tips and suggestions to take away.
- Opportunities for follow ups and fine tuning
Pricing
I’m initially offering these sessions on a more affordable sliding scale for 1 hour and half to 2 hour sessions starting at £50-£100 depending on how your want to build your session. A minimum of two sessions is recommended to create meaningful changes. Offline/remote work such as an online presence audit can be booked separately for £30-60 and includes a report with suggestions and recommendations.
I can build small tailored packages and quote you for multiple sessions or extended sessions if booked as a package. I want it to be affordable and accessible for people like myself!
Additional services may be available such as press releases, copy writing or editing, prices starting from £30.

A little more about me and my experience of this kind of work:
Over the years I’ve helped a number of small businesses and charities with their online presence, visibility and messaging and helped them to promote their events and businesses in much more than a ‘one-size fits all’ way, using my intuition, creativity and experience of marketing and communication to best represent the energy of their business, offering or organisation.
I have always been a highly sensitive, intuitive person. I use an intuitive approach being able to ‘feel’ the energy surrounding things and see the bigger picture as well as the finer detail. I thought everyone could see/feel this, but it’s only been in the last few years that I’ve realised that these are particular quirks of mine, due to being the highly sensitive INFJ personality type, and also highly sensitive and energetically alert as a Human Design Reflector, which gives me the opportunity to reflect back both other people’s qualities and see and feel gaps in their strategies and where there are misalignments in energy or mixed messages. I also work with liminal space, spirit/energy as a shamanic Reiki Drum practitioner. Through this work I also help people get in touch with their intuition.
I keep getting drawn back to helping people with their small businesses even as I’m now applying my knowledge and experience in this area to focus on my own business for the first time, and I think this is because I’ve had so much experience in that area and as a reflector, I enjoy working in relationship to others in a 1:1 setting. As a mirror, a reflector, I need things to reflect!
It’s something I enjoy offering I’m alongside my traditional Shamanic Reiki Drum, massage practice and Reiki teaching, as working in this way with others and their small business keeps finding me!
