This is a poem/short audio guided meditation practice that I wrote for my Reiki teaching sessions. It is intended to help Reiki students connect to the essence of Reiki as universal lifeforce energy - also known as prana/chi/source - the formless, energetic essence of everything, which underlies the practice of Reiki.
